Welcome to our home on the web. This is where you find out what’s happening at Wauchope Arts as well as other community arts news. This site will provide an information service to our members and anyone who is interested in attending or getting involved in the events and activities offered by the Wauchope Community Arts Council. The Wauchope Community Arts Hall is just that - community. It is one of the most intimate venues in the Hastings that attracts acts of extraordinary quality and it feels as if they are playing in your lounge room with a bunch of your best friends

 

 
 

Anthony GreenAnthony Green and Terra Firmer

Terra Firmer consists of Anthony Green on guitar and lead vocals, Matt Griffin on guitar and back up vocals, Richard Lockwood on drums and Tony Green on bass guitar.

The band are guaranteed not to miss a note, while leaving punters gobsmacked at their musical prowess as each member boasts years of experience.

Anthony and Richard have been playing since the age of eight and Matt since the age of 10, while Tony has been a playing for more than 30 years.

Each band member has performed at various venues around Australia. Tony has toured and is still performing with country music legend Jimmy Little. Anthony was nominated for a prestigious Deadly award in 2009 in the most promising new talent category, the Deadlys being the awards of note for Indigenous musicians, actors, entertainers and sports people. 

Anthony and Terra Firmer recently performed on stage in Sydney's Victoria Park for the Yabun festival. The Yabun festival is held on Australia Day each year and is the premier festival of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture. Yabun was a huge success this year with 10,000 passers throughout the day.
